Our History

GCS was founded by brothers Joe and Daryl Gleinser in 2000 in Austin, TX. Joe and Daryl bootstrapped GCS. They grew it from a single client in 2000 to more than 750 clients and 30 employees in 2012. Along the way they have earned numerous accolades including Fastest Growing Microsoft Partner, CRN Next Gen VAR, and ABJ's Top 25 Network Integration Firms (#5 in 2011). GCS has grown through a commitment to designing the most reliable technology solutions and providing the best technical support experience to our clients.

Management

	Joe Gleinser – President Joe is the founder and president of GCS Technologies, a leading IT solutions organization. He is a technologist with specialization in IT infrastructure including virtualization, cloud, security, and telephony system. He is a contributing author to the IT Security Manual for Financial Institutions. 	Daryl Gleinser - Vice President of Operations Daryl co-founded GCS with his brother, Joe, in 2000. His Information Technology career spans more than 15 years in engineering, management, and executive roles. Daryl manages the GCS Network Operations Center and is responsible for all client matters. 	Marty Satterfield, Vice President of Sales Marty has nearly twenty years of technology sales expertise with industry titans such as Motorola and Siemens. He started with GCS in 2009. He holds a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University. LinkedIn
	Shane Gronniger - Senior Solutions Architect Shane has worked at GCS since 2001. He started as a Network Technician and advanced to the Consulting team. He now leads that team. Shane previously worked at Broadwing Communications and studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. LinkedIn
	Marquis Calmes – Director of Technology Marquis joined GCS in 2009 as a Network Engineer. He is now responsible for all engineering projects and GCS' product portfolio. Marquis was most recently a Senior Network Engineer for First American Flood Data Corp in Austin. He is as a VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified Professional, Brocade Certified Fabric Professional, Red Hat Certified Technician, and Certified Novell Administrator. LinkedIn
